About the role#
The Engineering Intern works directly with the Engineering department at the Keene plant. This role focuses on project work related to Manufacturing and Process Engineering. You will be on-site for the Summer 2027 term, with the assignment concluding in September 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support plant engineering operations.
- Observe and evaluate existing processes to create accurate assessments.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement engineering solutions to address systemic issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Biomedical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with project management experience.
- Highly organized and process-oriented work habits.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- US Citizenship or Green Card status.

- Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift.
