About the role#
The Publisher Desk is looking for a student to join the Forever Blueshirts team for a paid editorial internship during the summer of 2027. You will work remotely to produce content for our website, with the opportunity to have your work syndicated to partners like MSN and Sportsnaut. You will receive feedback from our editors and guidance from our leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Write articles of various lengths, including features, news stories, and game recaps or previews.
- Produce original analysis focused on the New York Rangers.
- Generate creative story ideas and track trending news.
- File clean copy on deadline.
- Create Instagram video content featuring hot takes and instant reactions (this is a bonus skill).
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a 2 or 4-year college or university.
- Deep knowledge of the New York Rangers and the National Hockey League.
- Familiarity with AP style.
- Ability to meet deadlines with clean, professional writing.

- This is a remote, full-time, paid internship.
- The term is Summer 2027.
