About the role#

The Tech & Data Program Summer 2027 Agile Internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work within the Technology, Data, AI, and Operations organizations. This program focuses on solving business challenges through Agile practices, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies. Interns will participate in project work, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to modern delivery practices.

What you'll do#

• Contribute to sprint deliverables and participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives as part of a cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate complex challenges into technical or data-driven solutions.
• Analyze data and generate insights using tools including SQL and Excel.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and solution development.
• Present findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

What you'll need#

• Current undergraduate or graduate student expecting to graduate in May 2028 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related analytical fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop data-driven solutions.
