About the role#
The Fedcap Group is hiring a Temporary Paid Intern to gain work experience and technical skills through our programs. This role is paid at $16.50 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Conduct outreach to connect participants with services and resources.
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors.
- Handle clerical tasks like filing and photocopying.
- Shadow staff to learn industry-specific technical skills.
- Partner with internal departments on assigned projects.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with diverse groups while maintaining confidentiality.
- A High School Diploma, GED, or TASC is preferred.
