About the role#
This paid internship offers hands-on experience across various administrative, operational, and program support functions. Interns work alongside experienced professionals to build technical and workplace skills while contributing to organizational goals. This role is based on a rolling term and requires full-time commitment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with day-to-day program operations and departmental activities.
- Provide professional customer service to participants, visitors, clients, and staff.
- Support staff with projects, data entry, recordkeeping, and document preparation.
- Assist with inventory management and supply distribution.
- Participate in job-shadowing experiences to learn industry-specific skills.
- Help with event setup, logistical coordination, and community-based activities.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and accept constructive feedback.
What you'll need#
- Must be an active participant in the PH6 Program.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work responsibly.
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and accountability.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resources.
