    About the role#

    This paid internship provides hands-on experience across administrative, operational, and program support functions. You will work alongside experienced professionals to build technical and workplace skills while contributing to our mission. This role offers exposure to various career pathways through practical learning and job-shadowing.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with day-to-day program operations and departmental activities.
    • Provide professional customer service to participants, visitors, clients, and staff.
    • Assist with inventory management and supply distribution.
    • Participate in job-shadowing experiences to learn industry-specific skills.
    • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and accept constructive feedback.
    • Support staff with projects, filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
    • Assist with event setup, logistical coordination, and basic facility maintenance.

    What you'll need#

    • Must be an active participant in the PH6 Program.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
    • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work responsibly.
    • Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and accountability.
    • A desire to learn and develop professionally.
