About the role#
The African Leadership University and the Wildlife Conservation Network are seeking an intern to support the Women for Wildlife Community of Learning. This program assists partners in Africa with gender-focused conservation projects. You will help build a curriculum that supports women in leadership and conservation, facilitates knowledge sharing among grantees, and tracks program impact.
What you'll do#
- Research and create learning materials and tools for the program curriculum.
- Document emerging lessons and turn them into new educational products.
- Design and maintain digital platforms to deliver curriculum and host discussions.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge-sharing activities across digital channels.
- Coordinate virtual gatherings for the community of learning.
What you'll need#
- Experience with curriculum design and the evaluation of educational programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, and Google Docs.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse partners.
