About the role#
The Sales Fellowship is a paid 16-week program designed to train and up-skill individuals for a career in technology sales. This is an in-person opportunity based in our Tulsa office. During the fellowship, you will receive hands-on training and be considered for a full-time Sales Development Representative position at the conclusion of the program.
What you'll do#
- Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects, primarily through cold calling.
- Research and identify new leads using online and industry-specific search methods.
- Set appointments for the sales team to conduct product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects who missed scheduled meetings to reschedule them.
- Identify key decision makers within prospective companies.
- Maintain and update sales tools with accurate, current information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to grow the sales pipeline.
What you'll need#
- A strong desire to pursue a career as a Sales Development Representative.
- Comfort and effectiveness in cold-calling potential clients.
- Exceptional phone and writing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and with confidence.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a supportive team member.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology is preferred, though we welcome applicants from diverse professional paths.
