Applied AI Intern, People Operations

About the role#

The Applied AI Intern will join the People Operations and People Programs team to modernize internal workflows. This role focuses on moving away from manual, fragmented, and reactive processes by designing scalable systems and implementing automation. You will work at the intersection of technical execution and operations to improve how the team functions, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and driving solutions forward.

What you'll do#

• Build the infrastructure layer that connects internal systems.
• Design and implement automation across various workflows.
• Develop internal HR products to improve the employee experience.
• Define and build a new support model to reduce manual, repetitive work.
• Introduce new ways of working enabled by AI and automation.

What you'll need#

• Ability to design, build, and iterate on end-to-end workflows.
• Experience integrating tools using APIs, webhooks, or similar approaches.
• Ability to translate operational problems into technical solutions and prototypes.
• Comfort working across multiple tools to select the right approach for a given problem.
• Strong execution mindset and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Term: Minimum 12 months.
