SAP Modernization Student Internship

About the role#

This summer internship offers an opportunity to support the design, analysis, and implementation of customer-centric capabilities within the SAP Customer Relationship and Billing (CRB) platform. You will work with functional managers and business stakeholders to support SAP modernization initiatives, focusing on process improvement, system integration, and digital customer experience.

What you'll do#

• Assist in documenting and analyzing Customer Experience (CE) processes, including customer service interactions and billing workflows.
• Provide support across SAP CRB modules, specifically Customer Service (CS), Billing & Invoicing, and FICA.
• Participate in ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including process harmonization and future-state documentation.
• Help create and update training materials, user guides, and process documentation for stakeholders.
• Assist Customer Experience teams in understanding system changes within SAP CRB and support testing activities for billing and service scenarios.
• Gain exposure to data flows between systems, including AMI, MDM, and EDM, and learn how APIs and middleware support enterprise integrations.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in an accredited university as a college undergraduate or graduate student in a related discipline, such as Computer Science.
• A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Basic understanding of utility Customer Experience processes, including billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Foundational knowledge of SAP CRB or SAP IS-U modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Interest in AI, automation, and customer experience technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
