About the role#
The Global Learning Lead for Fellowship Programs will set the vision and strategic priorities for the training, development, and support of fellowship participants across more than 60 network organizations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role focuses on strengthening participant retention, leadership development, and holistic student outcomes. You will lead a global team of specialists to foster high-impact programs and ensure network partners have the data systems and evaluation tools necessary for continuous improvement.
What you'll do#
- Foster the development of effective fellowship programs by integrating the Teaching As Collective Leadership framework into pre-service training, coaching, and alumni readiness.
- Set and execute a global learning agenda to generate insights on teacher-leader development, synthesizing knowledge into frameworks and learning experiences.
- Lead, develop, and manage a diverse global team of coaches and consultants to accelerate programmatic outcomes.
- Collaborate across global and regional teams to diagnose partner needs and build internal capacity for fellowship excellence.
- Drive evidence-based improvements by fostering learning loops that surface insights on student outcomes and participant development.
What you'll need#
- 15+ years of experience in education, including at least 10+ years leading teacher training, fellowship design, or leadership coaching programs.
- Deep understanding of systemic educational equity and the ability to set vision and strategy in complex, global environments.
- Proven experience fostering leadership within a diverse, globally dispersed team using an asset-based coaching orientation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into accessible insights and frameworks.
- Ability to build trusting relationships across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in fields such as Psychology, Political Science, Business Administration, Communications, or Human Resources.
Location & details#
- Location: Remote (Canada).
- Employment type: Full-time.

- Hours: Due to global time zones, non-traditional hours for calls are expected.
