About the role#
The Global Learning Lead for Fellowship Programs sets the vision and strategy for participant development across the Teach For All network. You will lead a global team to support over 60 partner organizations, focusing on teacher training, coaching, and leadership development. This role reports to the CEO and works to ensure that fellowship programs drive holistic student outcomes and long-term systems change.
What you'll do#
- Define priorities for fellowship cohorts, including pre-service training, ongoing coaching, and alumni readiness.
- Lead a global team of specialists to provide coaching and learning opportunities to network partners.
- Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems to track student and fellow outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build a global learning agenda that surfaces insights on effective teacher-leader development.
- Manage complex projects and synthesize data to improve program effectiveness across diverse regions.
What you'll need#
- 15+ years of experience in education, including at least 10 years leading teacher training, fellowship design, or school leadership programs.
- A deep understanding of systemic educational equity and the ability to set strategy in complex, global environments.
- Proven experience managing and fostering the leadership of a diverse, globally dispersed team.
- Strong skills in data analysis, facilitation, and communication to influence stakeholders across different cultures.
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time and work flexible hours across time zones.

- This is a full-time, remote position.
- Candidates must possess valid work authorization for their country of hire, as this role does not provide visa sponsorship.
