About the role#
The Global Learning Lead, Fellowship Programs, will oversee the strategic vision for training, support, and development of fellowship participants across the Teach For All network. This role reports directly to the CEO and involves coaching network partner staff to deliver high-impact programs that drive holistic student outcomes and participant leadership development. You will manage a diverse, globally distributed team of specialists to ensure rigorous program execution across 60+ partner organizations.
What you'll do#
- Set the vision and strategic priorities for strengthening fellowship cohorts, including pre-service training, teacher coaching, and alumni readiness.
- Lead a global team to foster strong fellowship outcomes, focusing on participant retention, satisfaction, and development.
- Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems to ensure partners have the tools and data practices needed to track and improve outcomes.
- Develop and execute a global learning agenda to surface insights on effective teacher-leader development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose partner needs and build organizational capacity for fellowship excellence.
What you'll need#
- 15+ years of experience in education, including at least 10+ years leading large-scale teacher training, fellowship design, or leadership coaching programs.
- Deep understanding of systemic educational equity and the ability to apply this to complex, global environments.
- Proven experience fostering leadership and engagement within a diverse, globally dispersed team.
- Strong ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, remote position.
- The role requires travel up to 30-40% of the time.
- Due to the global nature of the team, the role requires flexibility for non-traditional working hours to accommodate different time zones.
