About the role#
The Finance Department Intern will support the finance team with daily operations, reporting, and analysis. This 10-week internship provides hands-on experience in budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and business analysis. The role reports to the FP&A Manager.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and monthly summaries.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist in financial data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct financial analysis and research as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy and relevant product compliance regulations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
