About the role#

What you'll do#

• Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience.
• Anticipate staffing needs, talent plan, and recruit for both long and short-term goals.
• Engage in consistent and meaningful development conversations with team leaders.
• Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
• Quickly respond to negative guest shopping experiences by de-escalating situations.

What you'll need#

• A 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or Communications.
• Strong business acumen and cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision-making.
• Ability to manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable.
• Capability to relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization.
