About the role#

This is a summer 2026 internship opportunity for current interns interested in the Executive Team Leader (ETL) program. The role focuses on developing retail leadership skills, managing team performance, and driving guest satisfaction within a retail environment. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What you'll do#

• Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and store sales goals.
• Anticipate staffing needs, conduct talent planning, and manage recruitment.
• Engage in consistent and meaningful development conversations with team leaders.
• Respond quickly to negative guest shopping experiences by de-escalating situations and supporting the team.
• Partner with team leaders to create scheduling plans based on business workload and guest traffic.
• Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations, performance management, and coaching.
• Demonstrate and lead a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

What you'll need#

• A 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong business acumen and cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision-making.
• Ability to manage conflict, lead teams, and hold others accountable.
• Capability to relate well with and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or Communications.
