About the role#
We are seeking a Product Manager intern to support the Host Squad team during the summer of 2026. This team manages the core product experience for fitness and wellness professionals, including features like ticketing, memberships, scheduling, and co-hosting tools. This is a hands-on position where you will work directly with a Senior Product Manager and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to drive product strategy and execution.
What you'll do#
- Identify and implement improvements for core product features that drive revenue and operations for fitness professionals.
- Define and track analytics for new feature launches to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct competitive analysis and synthesize findings into clear product recommendations.
- Manage backlog health by triaging issues and consolidating items.
- Assist with roadmap sequencing discussions by evaluating tradeoffs and dependencies.
- Own specific deliverables from problem definition through to launch.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA or master's program, or status as a strong undergraduate candidate with relevant experience.
- Prior experience in product management, engineering, or a fast-moving startup environment.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive workstreams independently.
- Strong product instincts with a user-centered approach.
- Exceptional written communication skills for documentation and updates.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, Operations Management, or Mathematics.
