About the role#
Super Soccer Stars is seeking enthusiastic individuals to lead youth soccer classes for children ages 12 months to 13 years. This role focuses on providing an energetic and age-appropriate introduction to soccer through a creative curriculum. Coaches help children develop soccer skills while fostering social growth and character development in a non-competitive environment.
What you'll do#
- Arrive on time for every scheduled class.
- Provide individual attention to help every child succeed.
- Maintain a non-competitive, fun, and stress-free environment.
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate their progress.
- Attend regular training sessions and follow the official coaching manual.
What you'll need#
- Passion for sports, fitness, and working with young children.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various local sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- A background in fitness (such as athletics, dance, gymnastics, or exercise science) or working with children (such as camp counseling or education) is a plus.
- Relevant academic backgrounds include Kinesiology, Psychology, Health Administration, or Public Health.
