About the role#
Super Soccer Stars is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our coaching team. This role focuses on introducing children ages 12 months to 13 years to soccer through a creative, non-competitive curriculum. We prioritize character development and social skills alongside athletic instruction.
What you'll do#
- Arrive on time for every class to ensure proper setup.
- Provide individual attention to help every child succeed.
- Maintain a non-competitive, fun, and stress-free environment.
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate their progress.
- Attend regular training sessions and adhere to the established coaching manual.
What you'll need#
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for travel to local schools and centers.
- A genuine passion for sports, fitness, and working with young children.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous experience in fitness or working with children is preferred.
- Academic background in fields such as Kinesiology, Psychology, Health Administration, or Public Health is a plus.

- Locations: West Hempstead, Elmont, Freeport, Oceanside, and Rockville Centre, New York.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Rolling, with primary availability needed during preschool hours, after-school hours, and weekends.
