About the role#
Strive2Move is a sports rehab practice that helps athletes and active adults manage pain and continue their training. We work with runners, golfers, CrossFitters, and lifters. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media, relationship-building, and community events. You will learn how to turn online engagement into business growth through proven systems and scripts. This is a paid, part-time role with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Build relationships with athletes and active individuals on Instagram by starting genuine conversations.
- Respond to engagement, follow up with new leads, and help move interested individuals toward booking calls.
- Manage marketing spreadsheets and CRM data to keep lead information organized.
- Assist at local fitness, CrossFit, and golf events to represent the team and collect leads.
- Maintain consistent communication with the team through Slack, including daily check-ins and check-outs.
- Follow established communication frameworks and apply coaching feedback to your daily tasks.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in fitness and sports.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to talk to people you do not know.
- Ability to follow scripts and processes without sounding robotic.
- Reliability and the organizational skills to manage your own tasks and follow-ups.
- A coachable mindset with the ability to take and apply feedback immediately.
- Enrollment or background in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Kinesiology is preferred.

- This role is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with a mix of remote work and on-site event attendance.
- This is a part-time position.
