About the role#
This is a hands-on design and marketing production role for an early-career creative. You will build experience in commercial real estate by creating brochures, property flyers, PDFs, email campaigns, and digital content. This position focuses on graphic design and production rather than analytics or paid media. You will learn how properties are positioned and develop materials used in live transactions.
What you'll do#
- Design and update polished property brochures, flyers, offering materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Turn property details, photography, site plans, maps, and tenant information into clear marketing materials.
- Create and distribute professional email newsletters and property announcements using Mailchimp.
- Support listing launches from initial creative development through ongoing updates.
- Develop LinkedIn and social content highlighting available properties, market activity, and company updates.
- Maintain consistent branding, typography, and visual standards.
- Organize property photography, logos, and design files to ensure efficient production.
- Work independently to turn source information into client-ready materials.
- Learn the Los Angeles commercial real estate market to incorporate relevant context into your work.
- Support additional marketing, design, and administrative projects.
What you'll need#
- 1-5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or property marketing. Strong junior and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
- A strong eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and professional presentation.
- Ability to produce polished materials accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal hand-holding.
- Preferred: Background in commercial real estate, residential real estate, or architecture.
- Preferred: Experience with Adobe InDesign, Canva, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn content creation.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and AI-assisted creative tools.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Beverly Hills, California.
- You will work Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
- The position is a paid 1099 contractor engagement.
