About the role#
The Disputes, Claims, and Investigations group works on engagements within a litigation setting. You will handle tasks related to forensic accounting, fraud investigations, valuation, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, and commercial damages. This is a full-time summer internship based in Washington, DC.
What you'll do#
- Create financial models and analyze financial statements.
- Review and organize documents for case files.
- Perform industry and company research.
- Handle data entry and quality control checks.
- Support Analysts and Associates with ad-hoc requests.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Previous internship or extracurricular experience.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills.
- Eligibility to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
