About the role#
The Disputes, Claims, and Investigations group focuses on litigation-related engagements. You will work on matters involving forensic accounting, fraud investigations, valuation, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property. The team also handles employment disputes, commercial damages, and complex insurance claims.
What you'll do#
- Create financial models and analyze financial statements.
- Review and organize case documents.
- Perform data entry and conduct industry or company research.
- Complete quality control checks on project materials.
- Support Analysts and Associates with various ad-hoc requests.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Previous internship or extracurricular experience related to the field.
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in San Diego, California.
- The term is for Summer 2027.
