About the role#
Stephens is hiring Summer Analysts for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship. You will work alongside veteran bankers and senior management teams at client companies to support financial operations.
What you'll do#
- Build detailed financial analyses and prepare models for various transactions.
- Create presentation materials like pitch books and marketing documents.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on industries.
- Handle operational and administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Exceptional math and analytical aptitude.
- An outstanding academic record.
- A clear interest in finance or accounting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial reporting software.
- Ability to learn industry-specific software quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork.
- High personal integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Majors in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Economics are preferred.

This role is based on-site in Little Rock, Atlanta, Dallas, or New York. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.
