About the role#
As an Intern Quant Researcher, your primary focus is on researching and implementing trading ideas. You will work within our automated trading framework to develop and test new strategies.
What you'll do#
- Research and implement strategies within the firm’s automated trading framework.
- Analyze large data sets using advanced statistical methods to identify trading opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of market structure across various exchanges and asset classes.
What you'll need#
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Physics.
- Programming proficiency with at least one major language such as C++, Java, or Python.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to work well with colleagues across multiple regions.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
