About the role#
As a Technology Analyst Intern, you will contribute to real-time projects and help advance company initiatives. You will collaborate with fellow interns, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to support the implementation of business applications. This role involves serving as a resource to ensure effective communication between business and technology teams while supporting projects that impact critical systems like flight attendant and pilot scheduling.
What you'll do#
- Conduct needs analysis with business customers regarding systems and processes.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution testing, user training, and deployment activities.
- Manage timeframes for designing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions.
- Ensure all solutions align with internal tooling, business strategies, and departmental standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, product leaders, and solution architects to deliver technology initiatives.
- Engage in systems and acceptance testing.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Coursework or experience with AWS or other cloud services, and application monitoring tools like AWS X-Ray.
- Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, or AI productivity tools.
- Knowledge of Agile principles and project management practices.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with programming aptitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid U.S. Social Security Number and authorization to work in the United States.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, remote internship for Summer 2027.
- The position requires a 40-hour work week.
- While the role is remote, it may require travel for occasional meetings or training.
