About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 within the Technology Department. You will join either the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team or the Cloud Cyber Security Team to support real-time projects and company initiatives. This position is remote, though it may require travel for occasional meetings or training.
What you'll do#
- Manage vendors, oversee partners, and maintain secure solutions throughout their lifecycle.
- Research technical issues, plan recommendations, and coordinate software and system developments.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with partners to implement fixes.
- Address and resolve low-to-medium complexity escalations to ensure high infrastructure availability.
- Support the implementation and updates of platform strategies and roadmaps.
- Stay informed on emerging technology trends and cybersecurity best practices.
- Contribute to team projects by meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in a degree program such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- A minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Coursework or experience with AWS Cloud services, IAM frameworks, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), and Agile or SAFe methodologies.
- Programming aptitude and strong logical and abstract thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid U.S. Social Security Number.
- Authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available).
Location & details#
- Location: Remote (with exceptions for specific states and localities).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 18 to August 8, 2027).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $26 - $30 per hour, based on progress toward degree completion.
