About the role#
Southeastern College is hiring for a Federal College Work Study position in Columbia, South Carolina. This is an on-site, part-time, paid role available on a rolling basis for students majoring in Business Administration.
What you'll do#
- Manage routine office inquiries from students, parents, and employees.
- Support the daily maintenance and operations of your assigned department.
- Handle clerical tasks such as answering phones, filing, scheduling, and organizing.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Demonstrated financial need and an indicated interest in the work-study program.
- Current enrollment in at least 3 credit hours.
- Proficiency with personal computers and common software.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and learn new software programs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Skills in problem analysis and resolution.
- Ability to share information with both subordinates and supervisors.
