Product Manager Intern - Sales Enablement Products

About the role#

This is a full-time, 12-month internship position based in Mississauga, Ontario, beginning in September 2026. As a Product Manager Intern for Sales Enablement Products, you will contribute to the full product lifecycle, supporting the development of tools designed to drive revenue growth and support the SOTI One platform.

What you'll do#

• Support the full product lifecycle for sales enablement tools, from idea generation and feature planning to launches and ongoing improvements.
• Assist in building product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and sales team priorities.
• Work with stakeholders to translate their needs into clear, simple product requirements.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between product, sales, engineering, cloud, and professional services teams.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and deliver value.
• Review product usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Manage timelines, track risks, and support stakeholder communication for assigned product areas.
• Contribute to go-to-market activities, including the preparation of training materials and internal enablement resources.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to product management and software development processes.
• A strategic mindset and a passion for product development.
• Experience or understanding of developing a minimum viable product (MVP) within budget and timeline constraints.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize technical and business information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Aha, or ClickUp.

• Term: Fall 2026 (12 months).
• Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, determined by education and experience.
