About the role#
This is a 12-month full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Mississauga, Ontario. You will work within the global marketing team to help coordinate campaigns, manage project workflows, and support departmental operations. This role is hybrid, with in-office requirements on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate projects across global communications, product marketing, digital marketing, and creative teams.
- Manage campaign inputs, task follow-ups, and approvals while ensuring project plans remain current.
- Process internal marketing requests, including handling campaign expense procedures and purchase requisitions.
- Create and update project briefs, summaries, and project plans.
- Maintain filing and version controls for content management.
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports on objectives and KPIs.
- Provide on-site support for communications events and assist with proofreading, editing, and posting materials.
- Attend team meetings to scribe minutes and track action items.
- Identify and implement improvements to day-to-day operational workflows.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, Marketing, or Project Management program.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to multitask.
- A motivated, energetic approach to teamwork.
- Sound judgment when responding to urgent matters.
- Knowledge of the technology industry is an asset.
