About the role#
Socure is seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Marketing Intern to support the Public Sector team. This role focuses on event logistics and meeting scheduling while providing exposure to how B2B marketing drives pipeline and revenue. You will work at the intersection of field marketing and sales, gaining experience in operational execution and cross-functional coordination. As part of this internship, you will own a special project and present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders at the end of your term.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate logistics for public sector events, including conferences, roundtables, executive dinners, and hosted programs.
- Schedule and manage meetings between the Public Sector sales team and prospects, customers, and partners.
- Build and maintain calendars, scheduling trackers, and logistics timelines.
- Track meeting status, attendee confirmations, and follow-up actions before, during, and after events.
- Assist with post-event reporting, including tracking attendance, meetings held, and follow-up completion.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on meeting priorities and logistics.
- Contribute to ongoing field marketing initiatives and deliver a final executive-level presentation on your project findings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
- Interest in B2B marketing, event marketing, account-based marketing, or sales-aligned pipeline generation.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite event support if required.
