About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will spend your time split between coaching on the field and supporting administrative tasks in the office. This role is designed for students in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Operations Management who want hands-on experience in youth sports management.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years old.
- Support business operations and marketing initiatives from the office.
- Assist with community events to represent the program.
- Gain experience in the day-to-day management of a youth sports franchise.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in impacting children’s lives through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.

- Location: Annapolis, Maryland.
- Term: August 17, 2026, to December 4, 2026.
- Schedule: 30+ hours per week, including weekend availability.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 50% on-field coaching and 50% office and event support.
