About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old to provide an introduction to youth sports. This role is a 30 plus hour per week commitment that includes weekend work. The position operates on a hybrid schedule, split between on-field coaching and office or event support.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children.
- Support marketing initiatives and business operations.
- Assist with community events.
- Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a youth sports franchise.
What you'll need#
- A passion for positively impacting children through sports and fitness.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation for travel to coaching sites and our office.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or Psychology.
