About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will spend roughly half your time leading soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years old. The other half of your time involves supporting marketing initiatives, business operations, and community events. This is a paid, full-time position that runs from August 17 to December 4, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions at preschools, elementary schools, community centers, and parks.
- Assist with marketing efforts and general business operations in the office.
- Support various community events.
- Participate in both online and in-person training.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in impacting children's lives through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insured personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.
- Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management are encouraged to apply.

- The position is based in Rockville, Maryland.
- Work is a hybrid of on-site coaching and office tasks.
- You must be available to work weekends.
- Expect 30 or more hours per week.
