About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office work. You will lead soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years old while helping with marketing, business operations, and community events. It is a full-time role for the Fall 2026 term, running from August 17 to December 4, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children.
- Support marketing initiatives and business operations.
- Assist with community events.
- Gain hands-on experience in youth sports management.
What you'll need#
- A passion for positively impacting children’s lives through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.

- Location: Towson, Maryland.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (50% on-field coaching and 50% office and events).
- Schedule: 30+ hours per week, including weekends.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
