About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in both field coaching and office operations. You will spend roughly half your time leading youth soccer sessions and the other half supporting marketing, business operations, and community events. This is a full-time, paid position for the Fall 2026 term running from August 17 to December 4.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to grow local programs.
- Support daily business operations and administrative tasks.
- Represent the company at various community events.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in positively impacting children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Bowie, Maryland, with a hybrid work format.
- You must have reliable transportation to commute to the office in Burtonsville and travel to coaching sites within a 30 to 45 minute radius.
- The schedule requires 30 or more hours per week, including weekend availability.
