Pharmacy Student

About the role#

The Pharmacy Student role provides an opportunity to gain progressive, hands-on experience in pharmacy operations while working toward becoming a licensed Pharmacist. You will contribute to daily pharmacy functions and support customer care initiatives within a retail environment.

What you'll do#

• Perform professional pharmacy activities appropriate to your current level of education.
• Handle prescription assembly, including data entry, compounding, and pill pack assembly.
• Process customer transactions and manage the receiving and releasing of prescriptions.
• Promote all Profile programs to customers.
• Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, and maintaining pharmacy cleanliness.
• Assist with drug order creation and receiving.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Pharmacy program at a recognized institution.
• Previous pharmacy experience.
• Above-average written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own tasks, and meet deadlines.
