About the role#
This is a part-time, temporary internship supporting our appraisal and consulting team. You will work with commercial real estate professionals on a national basis, assisting with valuations and consulting engagements for major financial institutions, pension funds, and insurance companies. This role operates on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Perform valuations and appraisal reviews.
- Research property and market information.
- Analyze subject and comparable data.
- Develop appraisal and consulting reports.
- Manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with clients, market participants, and team members.
- Track workflow processes from start to finish.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
