About the role#
Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking undergraduate and graduate students for a Fall 2026 Co-Op program within the Quality Control department. This role provides hands-on experience in a GMP environment, working alongside industry professionals to support the manufacturing of sterile injectable products. You will contribute to clinical research and manufacturing processes while participating in learning sessions and site visits.
What you'll do#
- Support routine laboratory testing in Chemistry and Microbiology labs.
- Perform data analysis and contribute to quality systems.
- Co-author lab investigations and trend reports.
- Train on data review and general laboratory practices.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or graduate student.
- Experience with laboratory safety and basic analytical techniques such as pH, HPLC, spectroscopy, and titration.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
