About the role#
As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will join our team for a summer program in Hagerstown, Maryland. You will work alongside industry experts on real projects within our aerospace and defense operations. This role provides hands-on experience through technical assignments, mentoring, and workshops.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to technical projects by completing assigned tasks and meeting team objectives.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data to support engineering decisions.
- Perform hands-on technical work to build practical skills.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in a university or college program.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
