About the role#
This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience within the aerospace and defense sector. You will join our corporate team and work alongside industry experts on real-world projects. What you'll do#
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects while working independently or as part of a team.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to help the team make informed business decisions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Attend planning meetings to align on project requirements and goals.
- Share fresh ideas to improve existing processes and support best practices.
- Participate in workshops to learn more about our business and company culture.
- Communicate your progress, findings, and ideas to team members and leadership.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or college program pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Status as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior with at least 6 months remaining before graduation after the internship ends.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Working knowledge of AI tools.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a self-motivated work ethic.
- Prior internship or work experience in a related field, familiarity with the Aerospace and Defense industry, and Microsoft Access skills are a plus.

- This is a Summer 2027 internship based in Sparks, Nevada.
- The role is part-time and offers both on-site and hybrid work options.
