About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience within the aerospace and defense industry. You will work alongside professionals on real-world projects, gaining insight into business operations through mentorship and workshops. This role is intended for individuals who have previously completed an internship with the company.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks on active projects.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Attend planning meetings to understand project requirements and team goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of best practices.
- Communicate ideas, progress, and findings to team members and leadership.
- Participate in workshops to learn more about the business and company culture.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or college program pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Status as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior with at least 6 months remaining until graduation after the internship ends.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented work ethic.
- U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
- Prior internship or work experience, familiarity with the Aerospace and Defense industry, basic data analysis software knowledge, and Microsoft Access skills are preferred.
