About the role#
Shamrock Surgical is seeking a finance intern to support our medical device sales operations. This role is remote and part-time, providing hands-on experience with internal financial systems for our growing business.
What you'll do#
You will manage daily financial tasks and assist with operational tracking. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing inventory records using Excel.
- Handling bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online.
- Processing expense reports through Concur.
- Managing invoicing and collections.
- Overseeing service contracts.
- Communicating with customers.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- You work well independently, as this position is remote.
Location & details#
- Location: Grand Forks, North Dakota (Remote).
- Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Part-time, rolling term.
