About the role#
This paid internship offers 460 hours of supervised work experience at our corporate office in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The program runs for 12 weeks, starting May 17, 2027, and ending August 6, 2027. You will gain exposure to the operations of a healthcare company with subsidiaries across the United States.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project work at the corporate office.
- Participate in 20 hours of classroom lecture.
- Complete weekly reading assignments.
- Attend learning luncheons.
- Tour local hospitals and outpatient clinics.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- You must have completed your sophomore year before the internship begins.
- Attendance for the entire duration of the program is required.

- This is an on-site position based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
- The role is full-time for the duration of the Summer 2027 term.
- Compensation is $15.00 per hour.
