Student HABS Clerk

About the role#

The Saskatoon Co-operative Association Ltd. is seeking two students for part-time HABS Clerk positions in Unity, Saskatchewan. This role involves assisting customers in the hardware store and supporting daily operations to ensure high standards of service and presentation.

What you'll do#

• Attend to all customer needs within the hardware store.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build loyalty and provide product information.
• Assist customers with purchases, including bagging items.
• Stock and rotate products on display to maintain inventory standards.
• Maintain the location’s image through consistent housekeeping and presentation.
• Operate a company vehicle to travel within a 60km radius as required.
• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

What you'll need#

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to lift up to and occasionally in excess of 50lbs.
• A valid driver's license.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• A positive, professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Pursuing studies in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology, or Communications.
