Saskatoon Co-operative Association Ltd. is hiring a Student Clerk Cashier for the Yorkton Food Store. This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
What you'll do#
- Process transactions through the Point-of-Sale system, including tobacco and lottery sales.
- Stock and face products throughout the store.
- Perform general housekeeping duties.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Deliver customer service to guests to ensure a welcoming environment.
What you'll need#
- Previous retail experience in customer service, point of sale operations, and merchandising.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and kneeling.
- A results-oriented approach and a commitment to building collaborative relationships.
