STOCK CLERK I (Student/Casual)

About the role#

This Stock Clerk I position (Student/Casual) involves working in the grocery department to support store operations. You will handle customer transactions, maintain shelf standards, and assist with inventory management while ensuring a high level of service.

What you'll do#

• Package customer purchases and provide efficient, professional service.
• Process transactions on the point of sale system, maintaining accurate cash balances and following payment procedures.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, filling, and facing shelves to meet merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory counts as assigned.
• Operate equipment safely and perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Monitor store security and loss prevention, reporting any unauthorized removal of merchandise to a supervisor.
• Deliver customer orders when necessary.
