Seasonal Clerk/Cashier

About the role#

Lake Country Co-op is seeking 10 part-time Seasonal Clerks/Cashiers for our Bear Country Fudge location in Emma Lake, Saskatchewan. This role runs from May 30 to September 7, 2026. You will support our mission and safety principles by delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

What you'll do#

• Provide service to guests across various communication channels.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, and provide accurate change.
• Restock ice cream, general supplies, and merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general housekeeping.
• Prepare orders according to company guidelines.
• Uphold safety standards and adhere to company policies and asset protection procedures.

What you'll need#

• Minimum age of 14 years.
• Previous cash handling and POS experience.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Food Safe procedures.
• Ability to work in a guest-facing environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, trustworthy, and results-oriented approach to work.

• Location: Bear Country Fudge, Emma Lake, Christopher Lake, Saskatchewan.
• Term: Summer 2026 (May 30 – September 7).
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Flexibility required, including days, weekends, and evenings.
