About the role#

Saskatoon Co-operative Association Ltd. is seeking a Dairy Queen Crew Member for a full-time student position during the summer of 2026. This role is based in Macklin, Saskatchewan, and is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or Civil Engineering.

What you'll do#

• Greet customers and act as an ambassador for the Dairy Queen brand.
• Prepare food products quickly and accurately while following health and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment, including fryers, grills, and freezers.
• Resolve customer concerns using established service recovery standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
• Complete preparation tasks for stocking and station setup.

What you'll need#

• Ability to communicate positively and maintain a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Competence in handling raw, frozen, and cooked food products, including managing temperature safety zones.
• Commitment to following food handling procedures and local health regulations.
• Strong personal hygiene, good manners, and consistent punctuality.
