Saskatoon Co-operative Association Ltd. is seeking a student for a Clerk Cashier (Back end) position at the Yorkton Food Store. This is a full-time, paid summer role for 2026.
What you'll do#
- Stock and face products throughout the store.
- Process customer transactions, including tobacco and lottery sales, using the Point-of-Sale system.
- Perform general food store duties, including housekeeping, opening, and closing tasks.
- Pick and pack grocery orders.
- Operate a company van to deliver groceries within town limits.
What you'll need#
- Interest in a career in customer service.
- Retail experience in customer service, point of sale operation, and merchandising.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and kneeling.
- Honesty, trustworthiness, and a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work all scheduled shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
