About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer position based at the Painted Hand Casino in Yorkton. You will support a specific department by assisting with daily operations and departmental projects. This role involves a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Help prepare and carry out departmental initiatives.
- Work on projects that improve internal processes and procedures.
- Act as a backup for department consultants and specialists.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by your manager or director.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 19 years old.
- You are a full-time student currently enrolled in a certificate, diploma, or degree program and plan to return to full-time studies in the fall of 2025.
- You are legally entitled to work in Canada.
- You can obtain and maintain a Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor Gaming Authority or Indigenous Gaming Regulators.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience in Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, or Procurement is an asset.
- Experience with research, analysis, or managing small initiatives is an asset.
