About the role#
We are looking for an Engineering Co-Op to provide technical support and project execution. You will manage a capstone project while gaining real-world experience in food and beverage manufacturing. This role is designed to help you expand your skills through hands-on work with our engineering team.
What you'll do#
- Apply your engineering skills to improve human safety, food safety, quality, capacity expansion, and productivity.
- Manage a capstone project with team support.
- Handle project identification, concept development, estimates, design, financial and schedule control, start-up, training, and project closeout.
- Develop strong relationships and communicate effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, NPD, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed your junior year of a bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering field before starting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective business writing skills.
- A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and your own vehicle.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.
- The role is full-time and follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work required Monday through Thursday and an optional remote day on Friday.
- This is a paid position.
