SAP iXp Intern - SAP Americas Business AI Platform - Project Management

About the role#

This position is part of the SAP Internship Experience Program within the SAP Americas Business AI Platform organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role focuses on supporting go-to-market initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales back-office activities. You will gain hands-on experience in project management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales execution and revenue growth.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of go-to-market initiatives and sales programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, partner ecosystems, and learning teams.
• Support demand generation efforts by creating communication plans, tracking performance, and reporting insights.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, such as status reports, presentations, stakeholder updates, and internal web pages.
• Provide support for sales back-office activities, including the coordination of internal processes and tools.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Design and execute communications for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, Master's, MBA, or PhD program, having completed at least your Sophomore year.
• Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or Communications.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks under tight deadlines.
