SAP iXp Intern - Global Communications & Projects

About the role#

The SAP iXp Internship Experience Program is a strategic, paid internship designed to provide university students with hands-on experience in global communications and project management. You will work within the Global People & Culture Advisor team, supporting internal communications, analytics, and quality management initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones.

What you'll do#

• Support the internal communications strategy by creating content for newsletters, intranet articles, and team announcements.
• Contribute to editorial planning, brainstorming, and campaign development.
• Develop visual, graphic, and multimedia assets to enhance engagement.
• Maintain the team's Knowledge Base through proactive reviews and updates.
• Collect data from service owners and stakeholders to compile status reports and newsletters.
• Organize team documentation, including timelines and analytics records.
• Support quality experience management analysis and team enablement sessions.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or Human Resources.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with design and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both creatively and analytically while managing multiple projects.

• Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
• Work Modality: Hybrid.
• Term: Summer 2026 to Fall 2026 (August 2026 – December 2026).
• Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Compensation: This is a paid internship.
